4th – January – 2011
• Meeting commenced with an introduction of Rotary and Rotaract to the members.
• Members were informed about the various posts and duties which will be assigned to the respective posts.
• Important discussions were made regarding Slogan, Website content.
• Numerous activities were suggested by the members and plans were made in order to give them a practical shape.
• Upcoming activity was planned, which is some of the Rotaract members will be visiting a government school on Thursday 6th December. A lot of members submitted their names for active participation.
• Another activity was brought under consideration; donation of clothes by the members to a nonprofit organization such as Edhi Trust, SOS village , Saba Trust .
• Meeting ended leaving an issue undecided, official meeting day, which will be unanimously decided in the next meeting.
