Girls Football Match - End Polio Now

A football match was organised between young girls of Rawalpindi and Islamabad in conjunction with Independence Day Celebrations Cup at Islamabad Sports Complex, Islamabad on 21st August. The young football team from Rawalpindi (Rotary Rawalpindi Girls football team) consisted of girls from far flung areas of Rawalpindi and they played the match wearing End Polio Now t-shirts. A large number of youth and parents with families attended the event. Polio Awareness material (Brochures, Wrist bands, pencils etc.) were distributed. President RC Rawalpindi Rtn. Taimur Khalil Khan, Secretary Waseem Riaz Malik and AG Nosherwan Khalil Khan were present at the event. A great awareness activity by RC Rawalpindi.
